We use Golden Brand Soy Wax and EcoSoya PB Pillar Soy Wax — both are all-natural, premium soy waxes known for excellent scent throw and a clean, even burn. No paraffin blends, ever.

Absolutely! If a scent isn't listed, or you have something specific in mind, we can create a custom soy candle or wax melt just for you. Contact us with your request and we'll work with you to get it exactly right.

Because every candle is handpoured, there may be slight variations in color, texture, or appearance from batch to batch. This is completely normal and a natural characteristic of artisan soy candles — it doesn't affect the scent or burn quality at all.

Soy wax has a lower melting point than paraffin, so candles shipped in hot summer weather may soften slightly during transit. They will re-harden once cooled and this doesn't affect burn quality. We recommend ordering early in the week so packages aren't sitting in a hot truck over the weekend.

Please allow 5–7 business days from the time your order is placed. All candles and melts are handmade in small batches, so we want to make sure yours is fresh and perfect before it ships.

At this time, our fresh baked breads are available to Illinois residents only for shipping. They're also available in person at the Ottawa Farmer's Market during the summer season. Candles and wax melts ship anywhere in the USA.
